Connect — authenticate with the external service

Configure — map fields and set defaults

Test — verify with a test action

Monitor — view logs and status

Troubleshooting

• Token expired — reconnect to refresh credentials
• Webhook not receiving — verify webhook URL in external service
• Field mapping wrong — check CRM fields match incoming data
• Rate limited — wait and retry, check API plan limits

Review integration status weekly to prevent lost leads from disconnected services.
