Managing projects and inventory
Create projects, add inventory units, manage availability, and track construction.
Overview
The Projects module manages your real estate developments, inventory, pricing, and construction status.
Creating a Project
Navigate to Projects and click Add Project. Fill in project name, developer, type, RERA number, location, BHK types, price range, total units, possession date, and amenities.
Project Status
Track through phases: Pre-Launch, Launched, Under Construction, Ready to Move, Sold Out.
Inventory Management
Within each project, add units individually or via bulk import from Excel. Each unit has: number, floor, tower, type, configuration, carpet area, price, parking, and status.
Inventory Grid
View all units in a color-coded grid: Green (Available), Yellow (Hold), Blue (Booked), Gray (Sold).
Hold Management
Place temporary holds on units for prospective buyers. Holds auto-expire after the configured duration.
Keep inventory updated in real-time to avoid double bookings.
