Configuring integrations (Facebook, WhatsApp, MSG91)

Overview

All integrations are configured from Settings > Integrations.

Facebook Lead Ads

Connect your Facebook Business Page to capture leads from ad campaigns. Click Facebook Lead Ads > Connect, sign in with Facebook, select your page, and configure field mapping.

WhatsApp Business API

Connect your WhatsApp Business number via Meta Cloud API. Enter Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and Access Token. Configure the webhook in Meta Developer Console.

MSG91 (SMS and OTP)

MSG91 handles SMS-based OTP authentication. Enter your Auth Key, configure Sender ID, and set up DLT template IDs for regulatory compliance.

India requires DLT registration for SMS — register on the DLT portal, register your sender ID, submit message templates, and enter approved template IDs in Realatic.

Integration Status

Each integration shows: Connected (green), Error (red), or Not Connected (gray).

Test each integration after connecting to verify everything works.
