Managing team roles and permissions

Understand the 5-tier RBAC system and configure team member access.

Overview

Realatic CRM uses a 5-tier role-based access control system.

Roles

Owner

Full access to everything including billing and org deletion. One per organization.

Admin

Full access to all features and team management. Cannot manage billing or delete the org.

Manager

View all leads across the team, reassign leads, access all reports. Cannot change org settings.

Agent

View only assigned leads, log activities, send WhatsApp to their leads. Cannot access others' leads.

Viewer

Read-only access. View leads, reports, dashboards. Cannot create or edit anything.

Changing Roles

Go to Settings > Team, find the member, click the three-dot menu, select Change Role. Changes take effect immediately.

Best Practices

  • Give sales executives the Agent role
  • Give team leads the Manager role
  • Keep Owner for the business principal
  • Use Viewer for external stakeholders
