How to Generate

Open the booking or lead detail page

Go to the Documents tab

Click Generate Document

Select the template

Review auto-filled data (buyer info, unit details, payment schedule)

Edit if needed and click Generate

Download as PDF or share via WhatsApp.

Document Templates

Create templates at Settings > Document Templates with placeholders like {{buyer_name}}, {{unit_number}}, {{total_price}}.

Set up templates early — generating a cost sheet then takes just 10 seconds.
