Creating a booking from a lead
Convert a qualified lead into a confirmed booking with unit selection and token payment.
Overview
A booking represents the conversion of a lead into a confirmed sale, tracking the post-sale journey.
Steps to Create a Booking
- Unit Selection — project, unit, configuration (auto-filled)
- Financial Details — base price, total price, token amount, payment plan
- Buyer Details — name(s), PAN, Aadhaar, address
What Happens After
- Lead status changes to Booked
- Inventory unit status changes to Booked
- Payment schedule is generated from the selected plan
- Booking appears in the Bookings module
- Confirmation messages can be sent via WhatsApp
Always double-check the unit number and total price before confirming. The unit is locked once booked.
