Recording payments

Overview

Once a booking is created with a payment plan, record payments against each milestone as they are received.

Recording a Payment

Open the booking from the Bookings module

Navigate to the Payments tab

Click Record Payment

Enter: Amount, Date, Method (Cheque/NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Cash/DD), Reference, Milestone, Notes

Click Save

Payment Status

Each milestone shows: Due Amount, Paid Amount, Balance, and Status (Pending/Partial/Paid/Overdue).

Payment Reminders

Realatic can automatically send WhatsApp reminders before, on, and after due dates.

Payment Reports

• Collections Report — total payments received in a period
• Outstanding Report — pending payments with aging
• Agent-wise Collections — performance by team member

Record payments the same day they are received for accurate reports.
