Setting up payment plan templates

Create reusable payment plan templates with milestones for different project types.

Overview

Payment plan templates define the installment structure for bookings. Configure once and reuse.

Creating a Template

Go to Settings > Payment Plans

Click Add Template

Enter name, description, and plan type (Construction-Linked, Time-Linked, or Down Payment)

Adding Milestones

Define milestones with percentages that total 100%:

Booking Amount: 10%
Agreement: 15%
Plinth Completion: 10%
Slab Casting: 10%
And so on through to Possession

Using in Bookings

When creating a booking, select the template. Milestones auto-populate with calculated amounts from the total price.

Managing Templates

Edit — update percentages or descriptions
Clone — duplicate for variations
Archive — hide unused templates
Default — set a default for new bookings
