Sending template messages

Overview

WhatsApp Business API requires pre-approved templates for outbound messages to contacts who have not messaged you in the last 24 hours.

Creating Templates

Go to Meta Business Suite > WhatsApp Manager > Message Templates

Create a template with category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication)

Include variable placeholders like {{1}} for name, {{2}} for date

Submit for review

Sending from Realatic

Open a lead's chat

Click Send Template

Select the template

Fill in variable values

Preview and send

• Welcome message — thanking for enquiry with project name
• Site visit confirmation — with date and time
• Follow-up — checking if they have questions
• Payment reminder — with amount and due date
