Adding your first project

Create your first real estate project with units, pricing, and configuration.

Overview

Projects represent the real estate developments your agency is selling. Each project contains units (flats, plots, villas) that can be booked by leads.

Creating a Project

  • Go to Projects from the sidebar
  • Click Add Project
  • Fill in the project details:

    • Basic Information

    • Project Name — the development name (e.g., "Sunrise Residency")
    • Developer — builder or developer name
    • Project Type — Residential, Commercial, Plotted, or Mixed
    • RERA Number — project RERA registration ID
    • Location — city, area, and full address

    Configuration

    • BHK Types — available configurations (1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, etc.)
    • Price Range — starting and maximum price
    • Total Units — number of units in the project
    • Possession Date — expected delivery timeline

    Adding Inventory Units

    After creating the project, add individual units:

  • Open the project
  • Go to the Inventory tab
  • Click Add Unit or Bulk Import

    • Each unit includes: unit number, floor, tower/block, configuration (BHK), carpet area, base price and total price, and status (Available, Hold, Booked, or Sold).
