Setting up your organization
Configure your organization profile, branding, and core settings in Realatic CRM.
Overview
After creating your account, the next step is configuring your organization. This includes your company details, branding, and basic CRM settings.
Organization Profile
Navigate to Settings > Organization to configure:
- Organization Name — your company or agency name
- Logo — upload your company logo
- Website — your agency website URL
- Phone — primary contact number
- Email — main business email
- Address — registered office address
- RERA Number — your RERA registration
- GST Number — for payment documentation
Lead Settings
Under Settings > Lead Settings, customize:
- Lead Sources — add your sources (Facebook, 99acres, MagicBricks, Walk-in, Referral, etc.)
- Lead Statuses — configure your pipeline stages
- Lifecycle Stages — from New Enquiry to Registration
- Loss Reasons — why leads are lost (budget, location, competitor, etc.)
Default Settings
Configure defaults that apply to all new leads:
- Default assignment — auto-assign or round-robin
- Follow-up reminders — default reminder intervals
- Working hours — set your team's working hours
