Creating your account and signing up

Overview

Realatic CRM uses phone-based OTP authentication for secure, password-free access. You can sign up in under 60 seconds.

Steps to Sign Up

Visit app.realatic.com in your browser

Enter your mobile number with country code (+91 for India)

Click Send OTP — you will receive a 6-digit code via SMS

Enter the OTP code within 5 minutes

If this is your first login, you will be prompted to:

• Enter your full name

• Create or join an organization

Creating a New Organization

If you are the first person from your agency, choose Create Organization and fill in:

• Organization name (your agency or company name)
• RERA registration number (optional but recommended)
• Primary city of operation
• Number of team members

After creating, you will be set as the Owner role with full access.

Joining an Existing Organization

If your team lead has already set up the organization, they can invite you by going to Settings > Team and clicking Invite Member with your phone number. You will receive an invite notification when you next log in.

Troubleshooting

• Not receiving OTP? Check that you entered the correct number with +91 prefix. SMS may take up to 30 seconds.
• OTP expired? Click "Resend OTP" to get a fresh code. Each code is valid for 5 minutes.
• Wrong number? Go back and re-enter your phone number.
