Add your sales team, managers, and admins to your Realatic CRM organization.
Overview
Realatic CRM supports team collaboration with role-based access. Invite your team so everyone has the right level of access.
How to Invite
Role Summary
- Owner — full access, billing, can delete org
- Admin — full access except billing and org deletion
- Manager — can view all leads, manage team, run reports
- Agent — can only see assigned leads and their own activities
- Viewer — read-only access to leads and reports
Managing Roles
You can change a team member's role at any time from Settings > Team by clicking the three-dot menu.
Deactivating Members
If someone leaves the team, deactivate them from Settings > Team. Their leads will remain in the system and can be reassigned.
Best Practices
- Start by inviting managers first, then agents
- Use Agent role for sales executives
- Use Manager for team leads
- Keep Owner for the agency principal
