Inviting team members

Add your sales team, managers, and admins to your Realatic CRM organization.

Overview

Realatic CRM supports team collaboration with role-based access. Invite your team so everyone has the right level of access.

How to Invite

  • Go to Settings > Team
  • Click Invite Member
  • Enter their phone number
  • Select a role: Owner, Admin, Manager, Agent, or Viewer
  • Click Send Invite
  • Role Summary

    • Owner — full access, billing, can delete org
    • Admin — full access except billing and org deletion
    • Manager — can view all leads, manage team, run reports
    • Agent — can only see assigned leads and their own activities
    • Viewer — read-only access to leads and reports

    Managing Roles

    You can change a team member's role at any time from Settings > Team by clicking the three-dot menu.

    Deactivating Members

    If someone leaves the team, deactivate them from Settings > Team. Their leads will remain in the system and can be reassigned.

    Best Practices

    • Start by inviting managers first, then agents
    • Use Agent role for sales executives
    • Use Manager for team leads
    • Keep Owner for the agency principal
