Adding leads manually

How to manually create new leads in Realatic CRM with all relevant details.

Overview

While automated lead capture is ideal, you will often need to add leads manually from phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, or business cards.

Quick Add

  • Click Add Lead button or press N
  • Fill in Name and Phone (required)
  • Optionally add Email, Source, Project, Budget, BHK Preference, Agent
  • Click Save
  • After Adding

    Once created:

    • The lead appears in the pipeline under "New Enquiry"
    • An activity log entry is created automatically
    • If AI auto-qualification is enabled, the lead is scored within 60 seconds
    • Follow-up reminders are scheduled based on your defaults

    Always capture the phone number — it is the primary identifier for deduplication and WhatsApp communication.
