Capturing leads from Facebook Lead Ads

Automatically capture leads from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad campaigns into Realatic CRM.

Overview

Facebook Lead Ads are one of the most popular lead generation channels for Indian real estate. Realatic integrates directly with Meta to capture leads in real-time.

Setup Steps

1. Connect Facebook

  • Go to Settings > Integrations
  • Find Facebook Lead Ads and click Connect
  • Log in with your Facebook account and grant permissions
  • Select the Facebook Page you want to connect
  • 2. Map Fields

    Configure how Facebook form fields map to CRM fields:

    • Full Name maps to Lead Name
    • Phone Number maps to Lead Phone
    • Email maps to Lead Email
    • Custom questions can map to CRM custom fields

    3. Configure Settings

    • Default Source — automatically set to "Facebook Ads"
    • Default Assignment — choose round-robin or specific agent
    • Auto-qualify — enable AI qualification for Facebook leads

    How It Works

  • A prospect fills out your Lead Ad form on Facebook/Instagram
  • Meta sends the data to Realatic via webhook (within 30 seconds)
  • Realatic creates a new lead with all mapped fields
  • If AI is enabled, the lead is auto-qualified and scored
  • The assigned agent is notified immediately
  • Sync Existing Leads

    When you first connect, sync recent leads from the past 30 days via Settings > Integrations > Facebook > Sync Recent Leads.
