Using AI auto-qualification

How Realatic AI automatically qualifies and scores new leads.

Overview

Realatic AI analyzes every new lead and automatically assigns a qualification status and score, helping your team prioritize high-intent leads.

How It Works

When a new lead enters the system, the AI:

  • Analyzes available data (name, phone, source, budget, location, project interest)
  • Checks patterns against historical conversion data
  • Assigns a qualification: Hot, Warm, or Cold
  • Generates a lead score (0-100)
  • Provides reasoning for the score

    • This happens within 60 seconds of lead creation.

    Enabling Auto-Qualification

  • Go to Settings > AI Settings
  • Toggle Auto-Qualification to ON
  • Configure which sources to auto-qualify and minimum data requirements

    • Acting on Qualification

    • Hot leads — immediately notify the assigned agent
    • Warm leads — enroll in a drip sequence
    • Cold leads — mark for bulk follow-up later
