Understanding the lead pipeline

Learn how the Kanban pipeline view works and how to move leads through stages.

Overview

The lead pipeline gives you a visual Kanban-style view of all your leads organized by their current stage.

Pipeline Stages

  • New Enquiry — just captured, not yet contacted
  • Contacted — first call or message made
  • Engaged — responding, showing interest
  • Site Visit Ready — budget and location match, ready for property tour
  • Site Visit Done — visited the property
  • Negotiation — discussing price, terms, or unit selection
  • Booking — token amount paid
  • Registration — sale deed in progress
  • Lost — went cold or chose a competitor
