Embedding lead capture form on your website

Add the Realatic lead capture widget to your website to automatically funnel enquiries into the CRM.

Overview

The Realatic website widget lets you capture leads directly from your website into the CRM.

Setup

1. Get Your Tracking Script

Go to Settings > Integrations > Website Widget and copy the tracking script code.

2. Add to Your Website

Paste the script before the closing body tag on any page where you want to capture leads. For WordPress, use the Realatic WordPress plugin or add the script via theme footer settings.

3. Configure the Form

Customize form fields, button color, position, and auto-greeting message.

How It Works

  • Visitor clicks the floating button on your website
  • They fill in their details and submit
  • The lead is instantly created in Realatic CRM
  • Assigned to an agent based on your rules
  • AI qualification runs if enabled

    • Use different project IDs on different landing pages to auto-tag leads with the correct project interest.
