Scheduling and managing follow-ups

Never miss a follow-up with automated scheduling, reminders, and escalation.

Overview

Consistent follow-up is the difference between closing a booking and losing a lead.

Creating a Follow-Up

Automatic

When a lead is created or a call is logged, Realatic automatically schedules the next follow-up.

Manual

  • Open a lead's detail page
  • Click Schedule Follow-Up
  • Set date, time, notes, and type (Call, WhatsApp, Email, Visit)
  • Reminders

    Agents receive reminders via push notification and WhatsApp at configured intervals.

    Overdue Escalation

    • After 2 hours — the lead card turns yellow
    • After 24 hours — the manager is notified
    • After 48 hours — the lead can be auto-reassigned

    These thresholds are configurable in Settings > Follow-Up Settings.

    Completing a Follow-Up

    After the call or message, open the lead, click Log Activity, record the outcome, and schedule the next follow-up if needed.
