Bulk operations (import, assign, delete)

Overview

When managing hundreds of leads, bulk operations save hours of manual work.

Bulk Import

Go to Leads and click Import

Download the template, fill in data

Upload, map columns, preview, and confirm

The system deduplicates based on phone number.

Bulk Assignment

Select leads in table view using checkboxes

Click Bulk Actions > Assign To

Select the target agent and confirm

Bulk Status Change

Select leads, click Bulk Actions > Change Status, select new status, confirm.

Bulk Delete

Select leads, click Bulk Actions > Delete, confirm. This is permanent.

Export

Apply filters, click Export, choose fields, and download as Excel.
