Logging calls and communications

Track every phone call, WhatsApp message, and interaction in the activity timeline.

Overview

Every interaction with a lead should be logged in Realatic CRM for a complete communication history.

Logging a Call

  • Open the lead's detail page
  • Click Log Call (or press C)
  • Fill in: Direction, Duration, Outcome (Connected/No Answer/Busy), Notes, Next follow-up
  • Click Save
  • Communication Types

    • WhatsApp messages — logged automatically via built-in chat
    • Emails — log manually or via integration
    • Site visits — logged through the site visit module
    • Notes — general observations or meeting notes

    Activity Timeline

    Every logged communication appears in chronological order showing type, who performed it, timestamp, and notes.

    Good call logging helps you pick up right where you left off when a lead calls back months later.
